As GAMA Energy Quality and Certification Department, we are working on the establishment, implementation, certification, monitoring and development of quality, environment, occupational health and safety and energy management systems in GAMA Energy and all its affiliated companies, as well as monitoring the permitting and compliance processes in GAMA Energy plants.

We are experiencing the impact of technological developments and rapid access to information on decision-making mechanisms in all sectors as well as in the energy sector. Every day we see that the digital transformation process changes the way we do business very quickly.Within the scope of our digital transformation efforts, we utilize software technologies to provide data / information flow for many variables such as ‘methodologies’, ‘business processes’ and ‘key performance’ indicators used within the management systems we implement at GAMA Energy and all of its subsidiaries. In this context, we can say that the most effective, reliable and efficient method for the desire of “reaching outcomes based on  objective data” is the in the decision making mechanisms of the management systems used by digital platforms . When we can see and analyze many data at the same time in our business processes and access the data in the safest and fastest way, we ensure that our senior management and employees make the right decisions, and by doing so enable them to provide business continuity and increase the productivity in the workforce.

With the support of valuable GAMA Energy Management, digitizing many management systems and using the simultaneously has transformed the way we do business and provided great added value to our company.These applications, which paved the way for modern data analysis, were put into practice with the leadership and cooperation of a competent information technology team, and have set solid ground to develop data collection tools, to provide input to our power departments operating within the company and power plants operating under GAMA Energy and to improve their activities. Digital solutions that enable our colleagues in different locations to share data with each other using management systems without the limit of time and space, simplifies the work and increases system efficiency, so that distances are no longer important, as such is the case in love.

We also want to state that the secret to a successful digital transformation is effective communication, not forgetting that our main value during the process of digitalization is people.Thanks to the effective communication we have established, we continue our digital transformation adventure with the contributions from all our colleagues, while preserving our corporate culture and the assests of ongoing processes.
